Outerpull Warranty and Return Details
We design and build products to withstand the elements and everyday use. That is why we stand behind the quality of our products with our standard 1-year warranty on all Outerpull products.
What does the Outerpull warranty cover?
Our warranty guarantees Outerpull products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time, as outlined above. You can file a warranty claim by emailing customerservice@outerpull.com and including the following information in that email:
- Proof of purchase showing you are the original consumer.
- You must have purchased the product through Outerpull or Outerpull authorized retailers.
- You must have purchased and used the product in the United States, U.S. territories, or Canada.
- You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s installation guide.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.
- Products used or purchased outside of the United States (and its territories) and Canada.
Outerpull Return Process
To return an Outerpull product please email customerservice@outerpull.com with the following information.
- Proof of Purchase showing you are the original owner.
- Reason for the return
- Confirmation that the product is in its original condition
Products must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
We will issue a returns authorization number along with a shipping label. Once the returned parts are recieved we will issue a refund. Note that a $15 re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
